Todd Gottlich, President & CEO

G3 Construction, Inc. is the brain trust of Todd Gottlich, a 25 yr veteran of the concrete foundation business. Todd learned the business from the ground up working for his brother’s foundation company. While there,he rose the level of VP of Sales & Operations of a multi-million dollar company. During the 25 year span, he developed expertise in commercial building, production building, and custom home building. 

Todd sought to become a more streamlined company by providing to his customers an economical source for poured concreteservices.

In January of 2012, Todd branched out on his own to execute his vision. G3 Construction, Inc. specializes in poured concrete wall projects,but is also a full-service option also handling flatwork, (monolithic and basementslabs, driveways, and sidewalks. 

Lolo Cabrera, VP Field Operations

With his 20 years experience in the concrete industry., Lolo is the perfect man to oversee your job. He manages all of the wall projects to ensure each job has everything needed to get the job prepped for a successful inspection and timely completion.

Tony Carlock, VP Office Operation

10 years + experience in Office Management and Project Management...every job file starts in this department. Every job has a whole host of suppliers and materials that must also be tracked and paid. All of that is handled in this department.
